Pet friendly, private, quiet and just all around a great place to stay.

My grandfather unexpectedly passed so we headed to Louisiana. The hotels in Hammond from my experience, the ones that accept dogs that is, aren’t nice at all. So I found myself looking for a VRBO rental. I found this one and boy am I glad I did. The host was great with communication, texts and messages via VRBO were responded to immediately. The place was well kept and clean. The air conditioner worked great and the water got good and hot for showering. It’s also in a quiet area right outside of Hammond which was nice to just finish the day in a quiet place without the city noise. Honestly we had zero complaints and the next time we head down to visit family I hope this place is available to rent again. Thank you.

Weekend Getaway

We drove in from Texas for the Essence Festival in NO. It was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We loved eating at the local restaurants on the Hammond Square. I definitely recommend staying here. We loved it!
