"This was a terrible hotel. The rooms are extremely small and dark, and even in rooms with a window (for which you pay extra), the window does not open and the shade does not function properly. I called the hotel to ask whether it would be possible to check in a little earlier than 3 p.m., and the staff were almost rude and dismissive. Rather than simply explaining that they would try but could not guarantee an earlier check-in, they seemed uninterested in helping. The hotel was also undergoing renovation, and the entrance looked more like a construction site than a hotel. I would not recommend staying here."

"When we arrived we were to early for checking in, so we dropped our bags off with the helpful staff and went out. We got back early evening and went to the restaurant for a meal, which was very good. By the time we got to our room at around 10.00pm I turned on the air conditioning as the room was very hot, but it didn't work, so I opened the window to find it only opened approximately 50mm and the noise from the bar/fast food across the road ment it was a long hot sleepless night."
