The bed wasn’t made! Bedding half off bed. Room not cleaned, bathroom pot running and wouldn’t shut off! And TV was blaring! We drive 15 hours in rain, and came in to that! Really disappointed, running on exhaustion, Mad to the tenth!!

I didn't like being surprised with a $25.00 pet fee. Room wasn't worth the money in my opinion.

The whole first floor smelled like mildew but we arrived in town late and really did not have a choice. The ceilings were stained with water marks and mildew hence the smelll. The carpets were disgusting as well.

When we arrived, our first room smelled terrible. We spoke with Dutch and she was wonderful and so helpful. Without hesitation, she came and checked the room and moved us to another one. She made sure we were good for the night before leaving and followed up the next morning as her shift was ending. She was exceptional!

They are disgusting nasty rooms the guest fuss and fight all night. The desk attendant in the morning that was training a lady she will scam you and so rude that she shouldn’t work in customer service but they had this girl training people if that tells you what kind of place it is a first class trash hole, dope heads all in it prostitutes walking down the street walking down the sidewalk. They charge me a double deposit over $100 for each day a pet deposit for each day over $20 plus on top of it I paid over $100 for the room which was supposed to be a suite with a bedroom in it and it was not even what I reserved so let me tell you do not rent from these people. I still ain’t got my refund on my deposit and I left the room the same way I found it. I mean two deposits the uneducated lady that works in the mornings you need to learn how to scam better baby.

The room was ok but the bathroom shower was resealed way too many times. It was just gross looking. Also, had our service dogs with us on the third floor I would have thought we would have been on the first floor. Early Sunday morning people were in the pool area getting high when I was walking my dog and it made the area smell and the elevator as well. The staff was great.

Needs a makeover

The mirror in the bathroom had multiple scratches where the surface was gone, carpets were very worn, and the shower curtain was stained. I would not recommend it. Other Sleep Inns that I have stayed in are much nicer.

Building had an old damp smell. It definitely didn’t look like the photos. During the stay out power went out in the room around 10:30/11 pm we went down in the morning to notify desk staff they acted as if we were lying then they sent someone up. I still didn’t understand how the power went out but the a/c was still working. The breakfast was decent but I’d definitely pick a different hotel next time.

The rooms here have an awful smell. I switched rooms immediately, but it didn't get better. There's also no screen on the windows so you can't open it at night. Smells like mold and urine. The health inspector needs to be called.
