The a/c was loud and rattling all night. The bed had a sunken middle and we spent the night trying not to roll into the middle. Horrible night sleep because of the noise and bed issue!

We were away from the hotel most of the time, but we found the front staff welcoming and helpful The room was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi is awkward to use and was inaccessible for most of our stay. Hampton should upgrade the system with the customer in mind.
