Customer service was very direct not very friendly, neither agent made eye to eye contact. Not impressed at all. However the accommodations were very good overall

Staff was very helpful, especially after I entered my room and was knocked over by the artificial Fabreze smell. I'm allergic to synthetic smells and my throat immediately closed up. I know that Fabreze (artificial scents) is a big trend now, but some of us suffer... long story short, they brought a fan right away. I wish they and other hotels would stick with simple cleaning agents and stop perfuming everything. Room was clean, shower was excellent, bed comfy.

Attractive property. Rooms were okay. Very nice bathroom. Maid service was excellent. Did not have enough luggage buggys. I had to make three trips to unload my car since we had small bags. Never saw a buggy until second day. On last day I had to wait in parking lot for a buggy. I think there wee maybe two luggage buggys available for the whole hotel? Also, only one elevator. We were on 4th Floor and dreaded the thought that it might breakdown.

Was on the 3rd floor, walls are VERY thin along with the ceiling...... could hear the person in the room above me walking around his/her room very clearly, could hear the man on the phone in the room next to mine very clearly.....for a newer hotel, I think it was very cheaply built

Very nice hotel that was very close to downtown.

Pros: The hotel was very clean.
Cons: Nothing at this time
Location: The hotel was surrounded with very nice eating facilities.
The staff was very warm and welcoming to the hotel. She was very knowledgeable and made one feel welcome to a new hotel. The room was very clean and inviting to someone that had been on the road for a while. The breakfast was fantastic and the hostesses were very friendly.

Horrible Smell!

Pros: Location and the lady who served the breakfast was very good and very helpful.
Cons: Yes, change the front desk staff and get rid of the very bad odor. Carpet was also very soiled throughout the hotel.
The entire hotel had a terrible smell. I asked about it at the front desk and was told that each room is sprayed with a deodorant each day after it is cleaned. I asked why and the India lady behind the desk said they think is makes the hotel smell nice. I was the worst smell I have ever experienced. I told the desk person that not all people like such a strong smell and she said "well they do". Room was dirty and under the air conditioner was moldy wet area. Each morning I would step in the water when putting on my shoes.

Classmate Reunion

Pros: Everything and everyone was great.
Cons: The common areas are a little too cold.
Location: We only went to a nearby restaurant which we were glad was so close.
Three college friends met here and had a wonderful time. The hotel and all the staff were so accommodating. They have a very nice seating area that was perfect for us. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were so fabulous, so new and well done. The breakfast was very good, too.
