AMAZING VILLA FOR RENT IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) with a private swimming pool, for a maximum of 6 people.
LAYOUT: The villa of 167 square metres has only one floor. There are three bedrooms (the main one with a double bed and the other ones with single beds), two bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath and the other one with a shower). Big living room with a fireplace and a big window from where we can see the outside terrace and the private swimming pool; an eating room with an equipped American kitchen.
EXTERIOR: This property has a very well cared flat plot, with Mediterranean plants . From the gate we have a tarmac access that arrives to the villa through the garden, where we have space enough to park our vehicles. Big covered front terrace with a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and a built barbecue.
LOCATION: In a very quiet area, surrounded by hectares of agricultural land and just a stroll far from Teulada-Moraira village. 15 minutes driving to the Mediterranean sea and the beaches of Moraira. A perfect location for relaxing and walking through its marvellous boulevards.
