My husband and I fall in love with the pictures of the Loft advertised in Wotif and decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary there, however, our stay turned out to be entirely different from our expectations .
The location was great and the apartment was large and spacious, beautifully designed.
However, we didn’t enjoy stained and wrinkled bed linen, unwashed windows, stained cutlery, dusty skirting boards and shelves in the bedroom , hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower cabin. The broken balcony seal didn’t allow the balcony door to be closed properly, so we couldn’t sleep at night as we could hear every single car passing by.
As the host ignored my request to provide a contact phone number in case of emergency, the communication was going via email. Eventually the host suggested for us to leave and cancel the second night stay.
We moved out and stayed in Crown Plaza instead.
Our wedding anniversary weekend was definitely unforgettable.
