Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time managed to keep noise to the minimum. No sound from the streets tho, and the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also, the girls at reception were lovely and accommodating. I arrived too early for check-in and they looked after my luggage and took it to the room when it was ready, while I went to explore all the shops. 10/10, thank you very much for the awesome hospitality.

Visitied over the 3 kings days. Excellent room, bed comfy. Enjoyed having fridge microwave and facilities to cook/eat comfortablely.. unfortunately we booked this as it said rooms were soundproof. I.e quiet. We understood there would be noise over the festivities but just didn't expect to hear so much of it when away from the main area and with windows/curtains shut. The noise of the hallway also echoes through the room. This is the only thing that let the hotel down. Maybe soundproof means something else.. but we struggled with the noise even thought we were on a high floor

HI Emblemático Suites provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy the wonderful city of Santa Cru de Tenerife in a magnificent places The staff is superb, attentive and close to your needs, the cleaning team is fenomenal, taking such a good care of this nice building. The environment is safe and close to everything. The parking facilities are convenient and safe. And the value you get for what you paid is amazing. Love this place
