Bluegrass in Telluride!

We came for the festival. The location was great to get there and back, with a choice of a lively 20 minute walk along the river or the town bus.

100 steps away from hitting the slopes. Convenient hot tub right below, and short walking distance to downtown. What more could you ask for!!

Perfect for our visit

In town for Telluride Blues and Brews Festival. Location was within a mile of festival venue so definitely convenient. Place was clean and comfortable; plenty of room for 4 of us. Parking garage was a plus.

Wonderful location! Plenty of room!

Very close to ski lift! Perfect ski out/ ski in location! Very comfortable condo with plenty of space! There were 2 great humidifiers to make the air very pleasant. Also, they had 3 small fans to dry wet ski gloves etc. They supplied many nice items including coffee filters, salt, pepper, seasonings etc plus they even had a welcoming small bag of ground coffee. Everything you needed to make the stay perfect! We will definitely rent this wonderful condo again in the future!

Mixed bag...

The condo is pretty much as advertised and we love Telluride. So, all good on that front. Alas, we encountered a few glitches while there: 1. As we were there for an extended stay, we needed a vacuum. We could not find one and thus, called vacasa. Instead of telling us where to find the vacuum (it turns out that there was one), they worked with owners to buy a new one. This was nice, but took over a week to happen and the floors were pretty gross the entire time. 2. Kitchen - cookware is not for folks who like to cook, even a little. I tried to bake something and grunge in the oven set off the very loud smoke alarm. On top of that, when I pulled the oven rack with my dish on it out to remove the dish, the rack tipped toward me and the entire dish of piping hot food ended up on my bare shins and the floor. Turns out someone put the oven racks in upside down... 3. The toilet broke, which is not a biggie. Vacasa reached out immediately to see when they could repair it. As I was out hiking, I did not get the message and thus, did not approve the visit. Meanwhile, vacasa decided to fix it without my approval. My teen son awoke to find a stranger in the house. He was very startled and a bit frightened. Not cool. Vacasa should have gotten my explicit permission so that I could have warned my son. 4. We couldn't figure out how to use the not at smart TV (despite being pretty good at that sort of thing usually). Took vacasa a week to send someone over to show us how all of the remotes worked. Would have been nice just to have had the instructions from the beginning. 5. The instructions about the door lock were not correct. 6. We were all suited up to use the hot tub, but the code didn't work. An hour later, we had the right code, but were no longer suited up for the hot tub. Any of these items alone would not have affected review, but together, they definitely dampened our enthusiasm. do with the information what you will...

Great location

Easy walk to town and both markets and restaurants close walking. It was very quiet. Kitchen had minimal supplies, pans were fairly worn. Sign at door says remove shoes. After two hours white socks were filthy, all floors need a deep cleaning. Location is adjacent to River Trail, great asset.

Good condo but bad communication with property manager

When we arrive with our rental car the garage door opener was in the condo with two different codes for the door to enter the garage. We tried all of them and none worked. The code sent to us for checkin was also wrong. We called the property manager and they did not know the code to get into the garage. We finally called the next day and got the code so we could get to our car and belongings in our car.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The condo was larger than expected with a very nice layout for a family with 2 adult children. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with soap, paper products and spices. The beach towels for the hot tub were a nice added touch. The condo and ski locker location made it easy to be first chair everyday. It is a short 10 minute walk to town or the gondola to get to Mountain Village.

Amazing condo with a GREAT location !

This condo was in a great location with views of the mountain/lift. Located walking distance to the lift ,bar , Resturant a ect... Plenty of space two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for 2 couples or a family. Great walking path behind the condo that takes you on a lovely walk along the river. Highly recommend this condo and location. Owner was easy to work with and quick to reply.

Great stay in Telluride!

The property was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a short vacation. It’s also within walking distance to everything you could possibly need or want to do while there - and a short walk to the free gondola to check out mountain village! Hoping we can come back and check it out in the winter!

Great condo by river (fun to tube in summer) with easy 5 minute walk to town/gondola.

Really enjoyed staying here! Loved the location in the town of Telluride. Really pretty along the river! Trail path goes along river for a quick 5 min walk to town. Added bonus if you can't park in garage (our roof carrier made our car too tall) there is a free daytime parking lot located right beside the condo! Additionally the hosts were very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to any questions!

Telluride Visit

This is a very convenient property for a ski in/out experience. Great access to lift, convenient underground parking, ski lockers etc. Unit is directly above community hot tub which is also very nice. I would give this property a 9 on a ten point scale. Telluride is a fantastic place.

Ski Retreat!

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The location couldn't be better. Everything worked and the indoor garage (heated) was fantastic as we were there for skiing with lots of snow on the ground. Beds were comfortable and owners were easy to work with. I would stay here again.
