Pros: Staff was very nice.
Cons: Security and safety need major improvements, as do room fixtures and furnishings. Hopefully, ongoing removations will address these concerns.
Hotel is in the middle of renovations. When we got off the elevator at our floor, there was lighting in the immediate vicinity of the elevator. However, there was NO LIGHTING AT ALL in the hallways to the guest rooms, not even emergency lighting or temporary lighting during the renovation. In addition to making it very difficult to even identify our room, it seemed incredibly dangerous from a potential trip and fall injury standpoint. I am frankly amazed they are renting rooms on that floor at all. The doors only have simple push button doorknob locks, no deadbolts or even security chains or latches. There was evidence on our doorframe that someone had tried to force the lock from the outside at some point. It felt very unsecure. There were no bedside lamps, just a switch near the night table that turned the overhead lights on and off - not ideal for reading or relaxing in bed. The air conditioning unit was very loud and had a very bright display that illuminated the entire room. Could only turn the light off by shutting off the enitre unit. Not conducive to good sleep. Cleanliness was decent, but fixtures were old and worn. Floor was a weird faux wood laminate, almost like wall paneling. Staff was very nice, but hotel was pretty disappointing overall.

OK hotel, but it didn't have shuttle service

Pros: Relatively clean and quiet. Hotel called cab for me to go to airport. Bed was comfortable. Had several electric outlets.
Cons: I arrived late and tired, so some offer to help me with bags would have really been appreciated, but I managed. Bathroom had small amount of mold.
Location: Near airport. Only reason I booked it.
The hotel did NOT have shuttle service from the airport, as your ad said it did. I had to hire a cab both ways, adding quite a bit to the expense. It was near the airport, 20-30 minutes, it was difficult for the driver to find because there was little signage. The hotel called me a cab for the morning drive to the airport. The room was adequate; remodeled somewhat, relatively clean, with exception of some mold in bathroom. No one offered to help with bags, or show me to the room; had to locate the lift-type elevator and do everything myself. Was only there overnight, used no amenities, nor food facilities. Bed was OK, water hot, and had a water pot for making coffee or tea, which was provided. There was also a small refrig. My plans might have changed if I had known there was no shuttle service. Overall, OK for a brief overnight.

Ok hotel extremely close to the airport....

The beds appeared clean, but the hotel was very worn... Carpeting, walls, towels, sink, etc. We stayed for the convenience of being near the airport. Staff was kind & helpful.
