This is definitely Not 5 star hotel! But location is Great, very close to freedom SQ 2 min walk. But has no view, there was very bad smell came from our room and we didn’t what it was!! Staff were good. Noise can wake you up if you’re so sensitive. It is in safe area too.

Fabulous stay

The hotel was fabulous, location was perfect,to walk around the city. Not too far from the charming old Tbilisi, where we discovered an amazing wine cellar dated from the 17th century, excellent wines,Vinoground is worth a visit.

Hotel is nice in a great location. Room comfortable. Only one issue, I booked a 3am airport ride through the hotel to ensure that it would arrive. 3 times the cost of a bolt ride. Well they “ forgot” to pick me up. More stress than I needed in the middle of the night. Staff telling me I cound not get the money back even if the ride didn’t show up! Eventually they sent a taxi, I still ended up paying 3x more, just unhappy with staffs reaction

Good location in Tbilisi old town. Our Junior Room was quite spacious & comfortable. My only issue is that the hotel chooses not to provide cups or mugs for tea and coffee. Instead there were 2 paper cups. This is not what I expect from any good hotel

Great location but avoid the restaurant

Location is amazing. Room is clean but quite dark and small. Perfect if you're out all day exploring the city and you just come to the room to sleep. Breakfast is ok. Make sure you don't use their restaurant for dinner as you'll end up waiting ages for inedible and expensive food.

Ιts a small nice hotel in the center near to everything near to sightseeings metro museums restaurants. Nice smiling staff and security measures all day. The roof bar is nice with dj musuc days. The guys in restaurant at the breakfast great and very helpful and polite and the food fresh and tasty. They need to make a better loby and decorate ir better ( its very poor and the impresion of reception is disapponting) and be a bit more fast in cleaning rooms. In general i nice hotel i would definitely stay again

Great hotel, modern and clean, also prime location in Old Tbilisi. It also has a very nice restaurant, so breakfasts were great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only inconvenience for me was that the air conditioner was a little noisy. Not sure though, it could be an issue for this particular room only, I never asked. Other than that, I liked everything. Definitely would recommend.

Great location but only if you don't mind noise

The hotel is in an amazing location and is clean. However, half of the rooms are facing a major road. I couldn't sleep at night. After I asked to switch a room and received false promises from the management, I switched to a better room, just to discover that the hotel allowed filming that night, and had to suffer drone and equipment noise till 1AM. Breakfast is lame.

Hotel is new all rooms and furniture are fresh, high ceilings very specious. Everything is clean, complimentary water and tea, coffee. Biggest problem hotel is facing the main avenue with a little bridge. If you are sensitive to vehicle noise request room that facing a backyard. Every car passing through the bridge you can hear. Breakfast is good but designed for tourists from USA or Europe. Menu is very specific. But overall is a positive experience.
