The hotel is in 2 buildings in the old town, right across from each other-one with sea views and one without. They are modern yet seem a little out of place for the ‘old city’ neighborhood.we stayed in the one with the sea view. We had a corner room so had 2 views of the sea. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was small and a typical Italian breakfast. Free parking next to hotel although space is limited. The old town is rundown and in need of major renovation. A number of Italian seafood restaurants in the area. A highlight of our stop there was the military tour of the castle.

Lovely surprise.

Easy to find. Staff very helpful. Lovely room overlooking sea. Very clean and well planned. Nice breakfast. We booked this hotel as a stop over and we're very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

Perfect for us

We loved being in the rather tatty old city. It's being gentrified at rapid pace but despite all retains its fishing port character. Do ask for a room with water view, ours had a project over all. Staff members were quiet, but voluble with asked. The desk clerk sent us to Restaurant Paranza for dinner, where we put ourselves in the hands of the local owner and ate like kings.
