The Flora House is child friendly, family friendly and central to everything! You will enjoy comfort with 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and updated appliances like an oven, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher. You will also be provided with clean plates, flatware, glasses, wine glasses and cooking utensils for your use while you are here.

You can comfortably seat 6 around the dinner table in our boho dining area.

The living room's smart TV will lets you access your favorite streaming services to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime (with your log-in credentials).

The patio is private and screened in to stay cool and you will also enjoy a private fully fenced-in back yard.

*The upstairs bedroom is loft style and does not feature a door. There is a baby gate for the stairs.

You will have full access of the home with the exception of the shed in the back yard. You will also have full access to the fully fenced in backyard.

Free parking on the street, driveway, and access to park your car privately behind our fenced gate in the driveway.

This property is keyless entry and you will be given a private code.

The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and is loft style, where there is not necessarily a door but an open style.

Just 10 minutes from downtown Tampa- Seminole Heights is a charming and trendy neighborhood perfect for families to enjoy a vacation or couples looking to get away. Just 3 minutes from the Tampa Zoo, 10 minutes from food and shopping at Armature works, 10 minutes from the Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes to food and shopping at Hyde Park and other attractions.

There is both casual and upscale dining options up and down the main road (Florida Avenue). On the corner of Flora St. and Florida Avenue, you can enjoy an ice cream cone at a popular local spot - Bo's Ice Cream.

Close by is the local American Legion, where you'll see kids and adults using the soccer fields and sand volleyball courts.
