Ubicación

Ubicada a menos de una milla del centro de la ciudad, pero fuera de lo común, esta casa contemporánea privada de estilo suroeste es el mejor refugio. Está convenientemente ubicado en la tranquila zona residencial "Oro del Sol", a solo 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Tamarindo y el corazón de la ciudad, donde encontrará todos los excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, playa y surf.

Dos de las habitaciones se consideran "habitaciones principales"; uno se encuentra en el segundo piso con un gran balcón privado para ver el amanecer en los sonidos de los monos aulladores, con vistas a las colinas circundantes de Tamarindo y el océano; y el otro está en el primer piso con vistas a la piscina y al patio trasero.

Family getaway

This home offered plenty of space for our family of 6. A great kitchen, excellent bedrooms and a lovely pool. A bit of a walk to the beach, but doable. We walked at least once a day to beach or downtown. A marvelous place to relax.

Amazing stay!

Starting with the hosts; absolutely amazing service. Extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Location was about a 10 min walk to the beach. Safe, and full of some nice jungle scenery. The place has everything you need to enjoy Tamarindo. 10/10 would recommend and definitely returning.

Property was fntastic... Nestled up the hill about surounded by the palma tress made the back yard pool amazing as you can get a tad breeze. I would recommened renting a golf cart for easy transportation. But very easy to walk to the beach/stores and resturant.

Family Getaway

The property suited our family perfectly. 6 adults, we had enough space for everyone. The pool was absolutely perfect for days we just wanted to relax. W we were wble to make breakfasts, and then head out for the day. Come back at night and enjoy the the pool deck. The driveway was a bit intimadating the first time pulling in, but it got easier as the days went on. Thank you for the beautiful home, it made our trip that much better. We could be together as a family.

We would absolutely stay in this home again. It was clean, ac in the home functioned well. Having a gate to park the car inside was nice. The driveway is a bit steep but our 2x4 vehicle had not issues with it. As an adult you can easily walk into town. We had few kids so we just drove. Someone came to tidy up during our stay, an also came to check on the pool and clean it up as well.

This home is in a great location far enough away from the hustle of the town but close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. Home is spacious and well equipped with the necessities that we needed. Pool is a great size and we used it a lot daily. The rental company was fantastic answering and attending to all of or needs from arranging transportation to minor problems we encountered with the home. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oro del Sol #16 was the perfect spot for our group of four (two couples). Plenty of privacy from each other yet lots of comfortable communal space to hang out. Combined with a cart rental from Paradise Cart Rentals, this was the perfect location for our first visit to Tamarindo! Do not hesitate to rent this location. Only downside is the steep uphill climb from the main road. If you are not steady on steep hills, this location may be difficult for you. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and the rental company was great to work with every step of the way. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. The pool was amazing! Highly recommend - pura vida!!

Great location but needs maintenance

We stayed in this house with another family for two weeks. Tamarindo is wonderful and the property is in a great location. We loved the pool and the layout of the house. That said, the house definitely needs some TLC. The downstairs master shower is caving in (water literally floods through the shower ceiling when it rains) and there are large leaks in many locations. The furniture could also use some improvement. One of the kitchen chairs collapsed while a 105lb guest was sitting on it, and the others seemed a little iffy as well. We had several maintenance issues while we were there and the property manager was pretty responsive. Overall we enjoyed the trip, but it’s never ideal to be on vacation worrying about someone else’s house

Comfortable villa, good location, clean, safe

The villa is well located just outside the busy area but still walking distance away (10-15mins). The pool is fabulous and gets plenty of sun (some shade as well). The property was clean and felt secure as well. We did recommend that they upgrade the living room couch as it was not very comfortable. The house had a great AC and fan system which kept us cool. The drive way is pretty rough and can use an upgrade. Overall I would recommend this villa and I would stay here again.

Overall a very nice place. It's private, even though it's close to other villas. It's walkable to the beach 10-12 minutes. Bottom line is that we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in Oro del Sol #16. We had an amazing time. The owners and staff continue to improve the property and add special touches throughout to make the stay there even more perfect. The home is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Although I have never felt anything but safe in the home, the owners have added even more safety features to ensure guests are well taken care of. We ran out of propane while using the BBQ, and the staff responded immediately to get us a replacement tank. The pool and yard are beautiful, and the home is clean and very comfortable for a large family. I highly recommend. Thank you to the owners and staff for a truly great experience once again!

I stayed for one month and the house made for the perfect home base! Clean, colorful, and spacious. The outdoor pool area and balconies are so nice and the house was very cozy. It is in great walking distance to everywhere in town and just a short 10 minute walk to the beach! Not to mention, the owner, and RPM Rentals were incredible people and so very helpful for anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Vacation Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Is the second time we stay in this house and we absolutely love it. The only downside is that it has a shed that takes up most of the parking space so it only fits 1 car and we have to left the other car outside. Being a property for 8 guests I think it's important that you can fit 2 cars in the garage.

The only thing is the street that was a challenge every time we went out, but definitely we will be back, we love it.

Overall good place

Great location away from down town but not too far 8min walk or 3 min golf cart ride. I recommend renting a golf cart, it’s better than driving a car
