Skip this hotel. Unreliable reservations, understaffed housekeeping. The room we booked was not available, the very understaffed housekeeping meant insufficient towels, and they asked us to check in 3 hours later after dinner. The pool area is attractive but has no restrooms - what does that mean for water quality with plenty of kids swimming? Front desk staff cannot operate wine and beer bar, so that pictured amenity also does not work. Did not try the breakfast. Perhaps it was amazing? We try to support independent businesses, but Seven Hill Suites does not match the expectations of its website, and we do not recommend.

coffee maker didn't work and there was no regular coffee in the room. Coffee maker had not been clean since last guest. The coffee maker and microwave were both attached an extension cord, which is probably illegal.

We demanded out Money back and had to stay in an overpriced other hotel because it was late at night and we went to The Doubletree by State Capital and they ripped us off after that.Your recommendations cannot be trusted.
