3-4 doors require room key to unlock but the point is, it only gives you 3seconds to open the door. Very unfriendly when moving in and out with luggages. Same with the elevators. There is no way you can move your luggages to catch the elevator to check out UPSTAIRS. You must leave your belongings behind to catch the lift to check out then ride 2 rounds to move all your stuff to the front desk. For reference I have 1 full luggage and a full luggage size bag tie to my carry on. Shared shower is very clean. However the lightings in the bathroom are the worst. It will make you very dizzy and see doubles. The location is very convenient. There is a decent size refrigerator in the room that ACTUALLY WORK AND COLD ENOUGH. The stay 2 days before that in Hong Kong refrigerator can't even fit a bottle of water. This is a plus.

Location : just a several minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. Around 10-15 min walk to the airport bus station. Within 10 min walk to Soho. Room: clean and spacious Staff: 24h reception service. Nice staff Highly recommended

Such a great joy and bliss welcomed in super clean room. We literally “wow” when we first opened the door. Thanks to the excellent house keeping team. Everyday is clean and neat. We can see 1/3 of Taipei 101. Sound proof of the room is superb, we do not hear any noise from the road even though the room faces main road. Train entrance is right in front exit no.11, and bus stop is stone away. There are so many nice hidden cafes and eateries around. It is so convenient for food and right smack in centre of shopping district.
Surprise welcome set from the hotel. This is so heartwarming despite the weather out the window. Love Loccitane products used in the hotel. Thank you so much.

Location was convenient, and the room was nice. Breakfast was terrible, a McDonald’s delivery at 7am which was cold. The worst breakfast choice we’ve had in Taiwan. Looking at old reviews, there a lot mentioning the McDonald’s breakfast being awful, management comment that they will address this, but clearly have not.

Room is spotless with taipei 101 view in the day time. The laundry washer and dryer is filled with dust so not recommended to use it. A few mins walk to nearest subway station bannan line and i personally like the location. Many food, drinking, shopping options nearby

The room is so tiny but very clean and friendly staff. The hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. There are malls and department stores nearby. The Taipei 101 is 25 minutes walk. Also, they should put a mirror in the room and add a microwave in the kitchen area.

This hotel is conveniently located in Da’an within walking distance to public transportation and shopping. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again!

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view and also in a very good location. Metro station is right outside and there are many shopping and food options nearby. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed during my stay. Very highly recommended.
