The pool was nice. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It sagged where my lower back was. Between that and the hard pillows my sleep suffered and i woke up stiff and sore. Who uses an alarm clock housekeeping should makesure alarm is not set. Got woke up at 6 i didnt set the alarm. Bathroom could use more attention there is something laying on the floor between toilet and sink. Also grout needs attention. Walls are thin. Lowest pricing so you get what you pay for. I would not stay there again.

King room was very small, hard to move around, furniture was too large for the room. No where to store anything.

strong smell of cleaning supplies, extremely noisy and doors were slammed at all hours of the night. i would recommend quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. thanks.

No one was at the front counter I had to literally knock on the counter for someone to come up front kinda poor service.

I was not impressed with this place and hope they actually care about their reviews. Our room smelled as if they just dumped some sort of cleaner on the carpet and left it. To start our room had no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap in the hand dispensers in shower. The tv barely worked, Their breakfast area is a joke there was no food, no coffee and when the attendant finally did come in she didn’t wear gloves stood there scratching her head then started rearranging what biscuits that were “leftover”.

I am sorry that there was no amenities is the hand dispensers. We are currently going back to the individual amenities. Convient location,however if traffic noise is a problem be sure to ask the front desk to put you in a room away from the highway exit.
