The staff was exceptional. The building is not well maintained. Shortage of amenities in the rooms (towels, cups, etc), shower door was broken, shower light didn't work. We were comfortable, but this hotel won't be a top choice to stay in the future. It's staff and distance from campus are its best features.

First room we had ac wasn’t working. Staff immediately responded and when issue couldn’t be immediately resolved upgraded our room

When I visit my daughter at SU I try and always stay here. Always had a great experience and it's close to campus. The food on-site has many options and it's a safe environment.

I booked the same day and was upgraded to a King suite. It was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and it was a safe property.
