The efforts by all staff I encountered was exceptional, and I greatly appreciate how they took into consideration my post hospital need for a room to be available short of the generalised booking in time. Interactions with room service staff and the quality of meals and service were somethings that enabled me to quickly recuperate, then, coupled with the services available close by I was able to travel readily and eventually return home. I'm grateful for the help and assistance provided, and look forward to again staying at Rydges on North Shore.

No disability facilities. Rydges may as well put up a sign saying 'Disabled Guests Not Welcome' Breakfast was terrible. Our poached eggs were hard and were returned. The supposedly hot buffet items were luke warm. Espresso coffee was good but not included in the breakfast price.

1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated.
