I wanted a less corporate, less CBD experience of Sydney - and the Royal Randwick gave me that. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked to the point of refrigeration if need be. Great experience, and excellent value for money. Great location. Beautiful newly renovated family room, lots of heritage features. Super close to the tram and all the Randwick shops and restaurants. The only thing that stops it from being a 5 star rating is that was noisy from the street and the bar.
