Bring the whole family to this great place of over 2100 square feet for lots fun and relaxation. This 1932 Bungalow (historic home) is a cozy space with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a mud room, oversized pantry and countless cabinets, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, and hanging pot rack. The oversized living room has an impressive 70" SMART T.V. which is great for movie night. The laundry room has a standard sized washer and dryer for your convenience and each room has a ceiling fan and window air units. We believe in reducing our carbon foot-print by only using the energy needed to be cool or warm spaces being occupied. There is fast internet throughout, RING doorbell, and other exterior cameras and lighting for safety and security. Ample parking, two driveways, a large front porch, side deck, and back porch for outdoor enjoyment. Fruit trees, professional landscaping, and the smell of rosemary from the front garden is sure to arouse the senses.

Neighborhood Description:
Swainsboro is a quiet small-town with good people. Be sure to patronize one of two or both new restaurants that opened in 2023 (Ay Wey Resto Bar and The Stockyard Steak & Seafood). Swainsboro is a nice town for a stay-cation. Just across the street is a small park with swings, a covered area with seating, grills, and plenty of parking. One block away is the Swainsboro Fire Department, Swainsboro Police Department, City Hall, Gas Stations, Package Stores, Antique Shops, Barbershops, Boutiques, lots of fast food restaurants, and a beautiful fountain popular for memorable picture taking.
