This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a kitchenette (first floor), two washer and dryers (first and top floors), central heat and air conditioning, elevator (access to first and second floor rooms), carpeting, and LVT flooring throughout. Seven TVs (cable), two DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also included. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
