With multiple levels of decking on the front and back of the house and a spectacular 360-degree island view from the crow's nest, this home offers plenty of space for quiet relaxation as you take in the island breeze and listen to the waves crash against the shore.

Outside you will also find a spacious fenced-in backyard that is perfect for entertaining, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a gas grill for the grill master in your party. Outdoor living at this home is really spectacular with 2 al fresco dining opportunities amidst that fresh ocean air. Inside, each bedroom has its own TV and private access to exterior decks, downstairs you will find a great open floor plan including an updated living room, kitchen, and dining area.

There is seating for 8 at the large dining table and 2 at the bar. This home is located in the lovely Marsh Walk Community, which means you have access to the private day dock on the Intracoastal Waterway and full use of the private beach access just at the end of the street, less than 75 yards away!

All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
