It has a large balcony that overlooks the park, which also wraps around the side of the building where you can see the ocean. The apartment is located in a quiet area being just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main road, though convenient to everything.

Beautiful Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located, neat and tidy apartment. Would highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable place to relax within close proximity to beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, etc. I'm sure we will be back.

Great location and nice apartment
We really enjoyed our stay. Club across the road and sea water pool. The complex pool is very small and quite cold as it gets no sun. There are coffee shops and restaurants in very close proximity. The re is secure underground parking and a lift to all floors. The only downside was the aircon didn't work and was not fixed during our stay, however we were compensated for this problem.
