Welcome to the Allgäu family Berger

Our house is on the western outskirts of Sulzberg surrounded by woods and meadows. From the south-east terrace you have a beautiful view into the green and the castle ruin Sulzberg. A beautiful garden with children's playground (swing, slide, trampoline, sandbox) surrounds our house. Sun umbrellas, sunbeds with cushions are available for you. 2 bathing lakes (Öschlesee, Rottachsee) are in the immediate vicinity (5-10 minutes / car). Sulzberg is located in the middle of the Allgäu Alpine foothills just a few kilometers south of Kempten, from here you have numerous possibilities for recreation of all kinds, eg Excursions, hiking, cross-country skiing or skiing. By the way, the cross-country trail passes our house, so do not forget your cross-country ski.



With us you will find peace and relaxation in all seasons.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit allem drum und dran. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht unsers. Aber das kann man ja ändern. ;)

Schöne große Wohnung in idyllischer Lage

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht. Anfangs konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters abends den Kachelofen anheizen- es entstand eine behagliche Wärme. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön.Von hier aus kann man mit dem Auto im Umkreis viele Unternehmungen starten.

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft unterhalb der Burg, herzlicher Garten mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten. Liebevoll ausgestattete grosßzügige Wohnungen; auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Per Mail waren die Vermieter nicht gut zu erreichen; telefonisch aber super gut. Sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gadtgeber. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sehr offen und freundlich. Die Nutzung des wunderschön gepflegten und ausgestatteten (Trampolin, Schaukel..) Gartens war kein Problem. Einen Aufenthalt kann ich sehr em empfehlen.pfehlen.

In der Ferienwohnung gab es alles was man braucht. Gut war, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht selber mitbringen muss. Die Familie war sehr nett, es lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab. Von dort aus konnte man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster beim Frühstücken war der Wahnsinn.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Familie Berger in Sulzberg verbracht und waren vollends zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, es gibt viele Spielsachen für Kinder, der Korkboden ist ein Traum für die ganze Familie, genauso die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben, ein wunderschöner Badesee ist ganz in der Nähe und zahlreiche andere Ausflugsziele, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank ❤️

Eine wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung -liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein (niedriger schöner Zaun zur Straße). Der Grillplatz -mit Webergrill steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und der große Sandkasten mit Spielzeug im direkten Umgriff ist perfekt, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir im bequemen Wohnzimmer ebenfalls viel Platz gefunden. Die Busanbindung nach Kempten ist sehr angenehm (Alle halbe Stunde.) Wir haben unglaublich liebenswerte, hilfsbereite (hatten Autopanne) aber keineswegs aufdringliche Vermieter kennenlernen dürfen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Große schöne Wohnung

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung zwei schöne, abwechslungsreiche Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß und ordentlich. Die Lage ist prima, eine gute Ausgangsbasis, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber-Familie Berger ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöner Urlaub in Zentrumnähe

Die Lage ist sehr schön außerhalb und ruhig gelegen, bis zum Zentrum (Kempten) sind es ca. 10min. Von dort aus kann man viele Sachen machen. Auch die weiteren Orte Füssen, Oberstdorf und Immenstadt sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsniveau ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist nicht die modernste Wohnung aber für und war es vollkommen ausreichend.
