An UNcomfortABLE Stay Indeed...

TThey gave me a room that had roaches in it crawling around as soon as I opened the door. They tried to give me another room but the appliance didn't work. I stayed in that room overnight. The manager changed me out the next day and she was the rudest hospitality manager indeed. She yelled at me for what she says taking too long to move to the over room. She told me I was inconveniencing them now. She totally took a trouble situation for me and made it seem like I'm the problem. The audacity of this rude little woman to tell a guest they are an inconvenience when you just gave me a room where I killed 6 live roaches. Turns out the manager knew the room had roaches, she said it was the last person that stay in there. So why would you rent a room or rooms... Who knows... I had to let this unprofessional person know of 53 and I had stomach cancer I can't move like that but whether I could or not is not issue, it's the total unprofessionalist from this person in authority who got on my nerves so bad I literally got sick. Knocking on my door 3 different times while I was in the bathroom. She should be terminated. Working on hospitality management for 17 years and she is the worse. Does comfort inn do any company training cause this lady lacks it and home training as well. She made my stay there very uncomfortable indeed so I won't be returning knowing she there. Ghetto and Unprofessional.

Front desk staff was amazing, I was always greeted when entering and leaving the property. Regarding the property, I saw roaches on 3 different occasions. The first was in the dining area behind the tea containers and the other two in my room. I attempted to call front desk to alert when I saw the last one in my room but the phone in my room did not work. I do have video of the roach on the wall in my room. Over all the property is ok but, I would suggest an exterminator.

I will say that the staff and management at the Comfort Inn were professional, attentive, service orientated, and provided excellent customer satisfaction making my stay there better than I thought it would be. I was stranded in Texas and these people here made me feel like I wasn't alone and at home thank you for caring. I appreciate you.
