Anything besides the basic room costs extra: Breakfast $22 (not free like other hotels) Self parking $29 (not free like other hotels) Wi-Fi $17 (not free like like other hotels) Total cost with those included is over $300/night The breakfast charge was particularly galling for the listing says "Breakfast served from 6:30 AM to 10 AM" with no mention that it costs. "

"The city traffic kept us awake late. We would choose a different room in the future. The bathroom door was not hung square, so was difficult to close. "

"I booked on hotel.com but when I went to check in, they couldn't find my reservation. The carpet in our room was sticky and the rooms were not well insulated. Someone above us had a child that ran a few marathons (including hurdles?) until 10:30pm and then again in the morning. Parking was very full. Breakfast was just okay. We wouldn't choose this hotel again."

"If you want to be treated poorly by management, by all means choose this hotel. Jarrod, the general manager has no business being in this industry. He has no idea how to resolve issues or talk to guests politely. I’ll give him 0 stars. Monica. a manager, chose the wrong career as well. She should be in a position that doesn’t require customer interaction. The breakfast attendant was wonderful, the night front desk girl was helpful, and Jerry, the shuttle driver was very friendly. I gave the hotel a better rating only because of these 3 individuals. "
