Good for what I needed - an 2 night stay for a quick biz trip that's right by the airport. Nothing fancy. The staff was helpful, shuttle drivers are nice, the front desk ladies were very good - I saw them having to deal with some not so patient guests and they did an incredible job - kudos to them.

We called the hotel more than 20 times over a 40-minute period for shuttle pickup, but no one ever answered. When our Lyft finally arrived, both shuttles were still parked at the hotel. It was extremely inconvenient, especially for our family of eight, to have no shuttle service available. The hotel refused to reimburse us for the Lyft fare, even though it was pouring rain that night. The hotel sign was damaged, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the room had a musty, moldy smell. I will never stay at this hotel brand again.

The place needs some sprucing up. Ice mschines not working. Breakfast was dismal, but pretty standard at these places. The staff is very friendly and good. It’s just a little run down. But it’s close to the airport!

Don’t book last minute, don’t expect breakfast.

We booked our stay online about 30-45 minutes before we arrived at the hotel and when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. It was midnight, we were tired and it took over an hour on the phone with hotels.com to get it straightened out with the hotel as it was on their part. They advertise breakfast included and it is not, the room was half updated and not done well as the vanity top was not even installed securely.

Reservation Experience Dear Expedia Support, I booked a hotel room through Expedia.com for the night before a 6 AM flight. The stay was unacceptable and felt like a scam. • Room Condition: The bed had metal springs poking through, the shower head and bathtub faucet were broken (no hot water available), the fridge and air conditioner did not work, and the door had no functioning lock. The room was in complete disrepair, with mold around the shower. • Noise & Location: Despite requesting a ground-floor room near an exit, I was placed above staff workspaces, where constant noise and vibrations kept me awake all night. • Misleading Charges: The reservation was listed at $150 including all taxes and fees, but I was charged $191. The front desk refused my reserved card (despite it being accepted online) and forced me to pay with a debit card, adding $50 without warning. The amenities advertised were not provided, the room was unsafe and unlivable, and I was overcharged. I am requesting a full refund and removal of the additional $50 fee.
