The hotel was good, shuttle to airport great. I had two issues- the heat/ac unit was not working properly so the temp was chilly all night, blowing cold air all night and I could not turn it off either. Arriving late it was too late to bother with a room change late at night. Secondly, the temp control in the shower was sub par- I could only get lukewarm water. I was really looking for a hot shower after a cool night.

I don’t feel there is an issue with the room or facility but the girl working the front desk this morning around 6:30am was not pleasant at all. We have used airport shuttles several times in combination with a hotel stay. As usual we called the hotel when we arrived at the airport. I was told the shuttle would be right there. After waiting about 25 minutes in the below freezing temperatures I called the hotel again, and was told the shuttle hadn’t left yet. I was also told that it doesn’t just leave to pick people up, and that she couldn’t see it and didn’t know when it would leave. She the. Hung up on me. I called the tru by Hilton that shares the shuttle and was told the shuttle would be right there. Both the tru by hilton and the shuttle driver apologized that no one had notified the shuttle we were waiting for pick up. Considering this is our 4th time using a shuttle service this way the problem is obviously the girl working the front desk 2/20/2026 6:30am.
