There was hair on the tub and one of the pillowcases. Big stain on the carpet. The hallway carpets were really dingy. The pillow on the chair in the room was gross. I didn't dare sit there. We actually chose this hotel because they had pillow top mattresses but they were probably not much softer than the floor.

The room was small and dark. The window AC unit cycled on and off all night and it was so noisy that it kept waking us up. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean. The check-in staff weren't particularly friendly. We didn't use the airport shuttle and we didn't have the breakfast. Parking was good however.
