"This was our first time going to Norris Lake as a family of 11, ranging in age from 13 through 75. Our initial concern was the number of steps (77), but even the two oldest adults were able to use the steps without difficulty--a stop to take a breathe once in a while was all. The house is well stocked with great appliances (the extra ice maker really came in handy). The kitchen was well stocked. Having two refrigerators was a big plus. The house sleeps 20 so our 11 family members had plenty of room. We loved the house but, I think, that the big hit from this stay was the dock. Our grandchildren used the kayaks and paddle board everyday. Almost everyone enjoyed the sliding board and the jumping platform. I'm 75, and I actually did the slide a few times! The whole family loved the lounge and rocking chairs. I'll add that the water was so clear and most of the time we had the cove area to ourselves. We did not have an opportunity to use the fire pit, but the lighting at the fire pit was quite nice. There was plenty of parking for our four vehicles. We did use the Blackstone one evening so the family sized picnic table was perfect for our group. I must add that the owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had which was an added plus. The family consensus was that this was a really fun, relaxing vacation and that was directly related to the home and the dock. We did rent a pontoon boat from Sugar Hollow Marina, and the kids loved their water park. "

"We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and so well equipped. I loved the huge windows in the kitchen that allowed you to see the dock, lake and surrounding area. Having two dishwashers, 3 fridges, 2 sets of washers and dryers.....so, so helpful!!! The kitchen is well stocked. We found the home, both inside and out, to be very clean. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The boys LOVED the slide and the adjacent jumping off side!! The boys were obsessed with the jacuzzi as well. It was a bit warm so we never did use the firepit but it looked great. The host/owner was super responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this property! Worth every penny!"

"We stayed at Pinnacle Views from May 8–11, 2025, for my son and future daughter-in-law’s graduation from LMU DeBusk College of Medicine. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and the bed linens were fresh, with each set placed in a basket at the foot of each bed.The layout was great for our family: a main-level master with a garden tub, two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath, and a large bedroom downstairs with a private bath and laundry room. The lower level also had a spacious entertainment area with a large sectional, surround sound TV, pool table, dart board, board games, and a bar — perfect for relaxing.The deck on the main level offered peaceful views of the mountains and Norris Lake. The home felt remote and serene — a great place to unwind.The only challenge was the drive up. It’s about 10 miles of steep, narrow, curvy roads after leaving the main road. I have motion sickness, so that part was tough for me. However, others may not mind the drive at all, and the house at the top makes it worth it.Highly recommend this home for those looking for a clean, spacious, well-equipped mountain retreat with incredible views!"

"So cute and cozy! Felt so comfortable upon enter. Plenty of towels, well stock toiletries. Every morning my husband would sit at watch the sun come ip over the lake. We celebrated our 34 year anniversary! It was simply the best. Great communication with owner. Will be returning!"
