Great location, close to medical facility, shopping and highway. Bed was comfy, heat worked. Lowest price in the area. Bath had mildew on shower curtain. Drain and shower curtain rod holders were rusted. Exhaust vent clogged with dust. Vinyl headboards had scrapes. Bedspread had cigarette burn. Could use updating.

Staff should have informed that certain doors lock between certain hours. The door I went out to put my suitcase in car, locked behind me. I had to walk all the way around to the front door, all the way back down several hallways to get back to my room to get other things. Yes the door was marked, as I checked on the way back in...BUT this door the note about door was worn down AND the light was out at this door (not the others, where you may be able to read about being locked out. NO they do not have a door where you 'use your room key' and it will let you back in. Food was good.

I didn’t like anything. What I didn’t like was the dirty room and a bed crawling with bugs. Furthermore I did not like the attitude of the receptionist who did not apologise, shied no contrition and in fact threw us out of the hotel for complaining at 10:45pm. The refund they said we would receive has not yet materialised. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life having travelled all over the world

Firstly, Travelocity pulled a bait and switch 2 times on this trip for hotels. I had filtered 4 star hotels or better, and selected the hotels based upon that filtering and their locations where i wanted to stay. The hotels ended up being 2 & 3 star rated when i get to them 2 months after i booked the reservations and not where they were supposedly located geographically. These hotels were disgusting, stunk like ashtrays and i had to check for bed bugs as the deciding factor of it we were going to stay or not.

I won’t use Travelocity ever again. Hotels won’t honor things that you book on this site. I was to get 2 Queen beds and got 2 full size beds instead. The site is not updated. Hotel bar and restaurant had closed 5 plus hrs ago. Hotel was filthy. The front desk man was the only good thing. He was pleasant and tried to help. He apologized for things he knew were wrong . A lamp had no plug on the end. Horrible

Not a good experience. We have stayed at numbers of hotel that we have booked on Travelocity and this is the first time that I was so disappointed. The hotel was very dated and worn. The shower was impossible to regulate and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. The furniture was warn and the chair at the desk's fabric was in tatters. The refrigerator was loud as well. The breakfast was awful so we ate out. We only stayed because it was a holiday weekend and it's close proximity to our son's university. I would drop this hotel from your listing in the montpelier area. Very disappointed!!! Mark A in CT
