"Overall we had a good stay at Future Inns. We had a family room, with loads of space and it was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful when needed and check-in and out was really smooth. Breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Cardiff over 2-3 days."

Comfy bed and excellent location so would stay again for this alone, Lovely welcome at check in, asked our plans we said we were dining out and were going to a local food feastival and the guy there gave us two vouchers for complimentary drinks he said “have a drink on us either on the way out or on your way home” which we thought was a lovely touch. Until trying to redeem them at the bar. It does state on the vouchers that the drinks are if you’re dining in the hotel but thought maybe that was an oversight as we’d clearly told the guy at reception our plans. We were planning on having a drink before heading out anyway but it was quite an awkward exchange with the gentleman at the bar who was quite rude and dismissive We were made to feel like we were trying it on/making up what the guy in reception had said. Perhaps reception need some training in this or re wording as there was another couple at the bar under the same impression,"
