Wonderful visit at ProfilHotel! It is well located and more reasonably priced compared to some others. Breakfast was lovely each day. Torva was an outstanding hostess! She and the whole staff were kind, professional and ready to assist with any needs (directions, activity reservations etc.). I did have an issue with cleanliness in my bathroom, but the staff worked quickly to fix it. We would definitely come again!

Lovely breakfast daily. Plenty of choice. Room clean, linen good quality but room was very tired. 2 lightbulbs not working, shower door missing, sink tap parts missing. Coffee table very worn. Room was noisy at night(street noise) and first thing in morning ( deliveries etc).. Hotel reception staff (apart from 2 men) did not even acknowledge us walking past to and from our room. The hotel was adequate for our needs but certainly not as special as we expected.

Ett litet men mysigt hotell mitt i Östermalm, nära till allt! Trevlig och välbemött personal. Bra frukost samt frukostpersonal har alltid leende och behjälplig till hjälp. Hade rum på andra våningen med fönster mot gatan och det hörs en del från gatan men det stör inte mycket. Sängen är så mjuk vilket jag uppskattar. Välstädad i rummet.
