Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeping 6, with new furnishings, views of the Yampa River, and literally 25 steps from the Yampa River Core Trail. With a 1 car attached garage, this property is in a prime location winter or summer! The primary suite has a king bed and the ensuite master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with the second bathroom just outside the room.. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room completes the sleeping options. There is a pet fee associated with bringing a dog to this property, which is non-negotiable. One dog under 80 pounds is allowed. We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions. Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry!
The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick-up truck (Ford F150, etc). Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one of the first come, first served outdoor parking spaces for the entire complex if your vehicle is too big for the garage.
Apres on Yampa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
