"Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. Didn’t offer to try and find us a room at one of their sister properties in the area. Horrible customer service. I have multiple stays booked there for the fall season and will be cancelling those."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, but the rooms were not very clean at all. The corners of our room actually looked like they might have mold and tons of dust on/inside all the cabnets. Our TV was staticy on every channel, and the tv guide they provided had a ton of stations that did not actually exist on the tv. There was a huge spot on the carpet that looked like someone melted the carpet, and patchy repairs on all walls and furniture. The pool was nice but had literal hairballs all over the sides. We sadly won't be staying here again because regardless of how friendly the staff were they need to do a way better job at cleaning everything."

"The house was GREAT. The neighborhood was also wonderful. Friendly neighbors and a VERY safe area. Beds and TV were awesome and kitchen had everything we needed. Getting in was a breeze and everything worked wonderful. Would love to repeat our stay in the home."

"We came for a girls’ weekend getaway! This property was perfect for everyone in our party. The check-in and checkout was better than any VRBO that we have ever stayed in. This property is located in a nice clean neighborhood and has easy access to all things Lubbock. Trent is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again!"
