Beautiful renovated century-old house in open area with air conditioning. Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends, everything is there !

Magog Beach, Stanstead Weir Park Beach, Massawippi Lake Beach all within a 15 minute drive. Raclette dish, fondue...discover and enjoy.
The space
Note that if you are more than 4 people you can also book the bottom listing. The house is therefore a duplex with the 812 which is on the ground floor and the 810 which is the top apartment.

The house built in 1890 was completely renovated this year. All materials and choices were made to have a good time with family or friends. The Zen apartment (the one you're looking at right now is the top of the house apartment). The apartment has its own address 810), its parking, its balcony/terrace and all the rooms are for you only. There's no shared space except the backyard where there's the pear ball and the swing. You enjoy a great deal of privacy and the insulation has been made to reduce any significant noise nuisance. The other apartment is located on the ground floor and has 3 closed bedrooms.

We enjoyed our 5-day ski holiday staying at this lovely clean condo. Everything we needed was available to us and our host, Patrick, was very helpful and friendly. We skied Orford Owl’s Head & Sutton which were all a reasonable drive away. This is a beautiful area and we hope to come back soon.

Excellent location for skiing!

We stayed here Feb 16- Feb 22, 2025 and were very pleased. From this location, we were able to ski at Jay Peak, Mont Sutton, and Owl's Head. Clean and comfortable, this location met all our needs! Patrick was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure our stay was as we wished! Highly recommend!

Very nice place, good looking!!! But it's an electric fireplace rather then an actual real fire place. Just a good thing to know, there's a skydou trail right next to the house. I don't want to complain just want people to know that before they rent the place.

A lovely stay

My friend and I had a really lovely time over new years at the Zen condo. We intended to ski but the weather wasn’t favorable. So, we hunkered down and cooked, made use of the fondue’s set offered, read, and lazed about. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also made our way to Magog for drinks which was a perfect 20 minutes away. Patrick was a flexible and communicative host, and helpful every step opf the way. We will be back!

Clean and pleasant place to stay

Patrick's "Zen Condo" was a delightful place to visit, with terrific living spaces and a very useful kitchen. Patrick communicated with me regularly and provided some good recommendations (unfortunately, Béret Rouge was not open). I would absolutely recommend it as a jumping-off point for visits within the Eastern Townships.
