This hotel was so charming. It was like another world of palm trees, windy paths, lovely rooms, a great restaurant and pool. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great food and drinks and a fun vibe. It gets a 10 plus!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The only qualm we had were the stairs, rug under the bed (hurt our feet), and there was no fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and we would come back again!

The staff is wonderful at this hotel. Very helpful, courteous and attentive. The views from the pool and sun decks are great. The room was clean and spacious. If you go here, though, try to use a small taxi (no larger than a minivan) so that they can take you to the top parking lot rather than just to the "back" lower entrance or even worse, down the hill where the shops are. It's a bit of a hike to come up the hill from where large multi-person vans have to stop to the back entrance and then up several flights of stairs with suitcases. A relatively minor inconvenience but still annoying for the room price is that the TVs have no live TV stations. Only a couple of apps like Prime Video and Netflix. Frustrating when you're hoping to catch any sporting events.

We moved from a different location to the a pink Palm. Could not be happier with the choice. The spot was amazing, great little pool and hot tub, great staff, rooms were absolutely awesome. The whole vibe in this posh little place was perfect.
