They’re clearly had been some cosmetic upgrades, but the unit just felt dirty. The water coming out was brown. We couldn’t brush our teeth using sink water, washing dishes made me sick to my stomach. We were there for 10 days and had no way to sweep or clean really nothing was provided. They gave one dish towel for 10 days. Used sponges under the sink that were sitting right next to an ant trap. No cutting board. Internet was going in and out, water was going in and out. The dishwasher was completely rusted through and disgusting. There is nowhere to hang beach towels, so we just flipped it onto the furniture. The furniture was hard as a rock. My daughter slept in bed with my husband and myself because even at eight years old, she couldn’t handle sleeping on the fold out. The location was lovely and the restaurants were fine. The communication from the owner was responsive, but I would not be going back, especially for the price.
It’s like dirt was coming out of the pipes. This is one toilet, the other pictures the other toilet.
This was the most disgusting dishwasher I’ve ever seen

It was dirty, we had to call and ask for bedding for the futon even though we reserved it for 3 people. The sink was clogged and the garbage disposal was broken. The owner just had it removed all together. The toilet in the bedroom stopped working then the next day both the toilets stopped working. We were made to feel like it was our fault. We don't control water flow into the condo so not sure how that was our fault. They both had so much nasty sediment in the tanks it smelled like poop. The water was yellow (imagine showering in that 🙄). The handle on the shower broke just trying to slide the door shut. There was no ventilation in the bathrooms. There wasn't even a broom to be able to sweep up the sand or anything dropped on the floor. The fridge wobbled. The dishwasher was rusted inside and out so it was unusable. The only outlet in the kitchen was right above the 2 burner stove so you couldn't make coffee and cook at the same time you had to sit the rusted coffee maker on the stove to use it. There wasn't an oven. We were told there would be 2 beach towels for each person, one to use one day and another for the next so the other could dry. There was only 2 beach towels. The washer/dryer vent just fed into a box (not exactly fire safe). The furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable. There wasn't cable TV as listed. You had to sign into your own app accounts to watch anything. Stained and chipped bathtub. Only good thing was the view and beach.

We stayed here for almost a week. You can’t beat the location to the beach and beach bar and restaurant. It was nice having a condo. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location. Lots of activity, but also very peaceful. Chickens, lizards, pool, walking paths - all so amazing! Property itself is older, but updated. Owners provided perfect info and very responsive. Parking lot roads are awful with giant potholes.

We loved our stay! The beach was a 30s walk from the condo and the views were excellent. Would recommend to any traveller looking for a quiet and relaxing trip to St. Thomas.

We had a great stay at Crystal Cove and this beachfront condo, it was wonderful for us! The condo is beautiful, spacious and description and photos online are completely accurate. The bedroom is large with king size bed and the best part with large screen tv. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is great. The water is right in front of you and the view from our dining room is amazing. The beach and restaurants are very conveniently located. The Sapphire Marina, jet ski rental and parasailing rental is closed by also. We absolutely loved our stay!
