4-8-26 Update- Weather permitting, starting on Monday, May 4th, the association will be working on the only elevator. The elevator will be out of service on Monday and Tuesday for as long as it takes for their techs to sand down the door surfaces on all floors and apply a quick-dry rust inhibitor. On Wednesday and Thursday, May 6 and May 7th, the elevator will be closed all day. At 9 AM on Friday, May 8, the elevator will be open for use. This schedule will likely change with inclement weather.

Nice little condo on the intracoastal side
Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive.
