Helpful Host & Great LocationReview:We had a good stay here for our grandson’s baptism. Lauren was an outstanding host — she patiently helped with the booking process and kindly added an extra night upfront so we could arrive early, unload the car full of baby equipment, and pick up family from the airport. Her flexibility made our trip much easier. Thank you!The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard and patio. However, the actual sleeping arrangement is different from what the listing describes. It functions as a 1-bedroom main house with a separate attached bedroom (accessed only by going outside through an exterior door), while the third sleeping space is a Murphy bed in the living room area with no privacy. We are a flexible family, so we adapted easily, but families needing more private bedrooms may want to keep this in mind. • Two minor suggestions for improvement:The kitchen would benefit from a small table or extra counter space for food prep. • The Murphy bed has a damaged frame on the right side and missing screws on the left hinge, which makes it a bit unstable.Overall, we appreciated the convenient location, pet-friendly policy, and especially Lauren’s helpful service.
