The property and location were good for the price. It was a short walk to the beach and all the amenities were as listed. The cleanliness of the property could have been better- particularly the bathrooms.

We were there for a quick weekend and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Easily walkable! Great overall location too. Close to Clearwater beach, restaurants, and coffee. Beds and couch were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the first VRBO we have booked. The booking process, check in and check out was seamless. I had a question and the manager responded quickly. We were a little skeptical when we pulled up and the outside is slightly run down however, the inside was updated and lovely. The teen girls loved the decor. It was clean and only two blocks from the beach. Pool is nice but not a lot of sun gets through the trees. Easy access to shops and food. We would book it again.

A block off the beach - clean, everything work great and looked new - very comfortable with place to park the cars (2) under the unit - open kitchen, dining area and living room area - great family time

We had a wonderful stay here. It is easy to walk to the beach and there are great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The place comfortably fit our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. There was beach gear that came in handy (umbrellas, chairs, toys). It was a great area to stay, and while there were regularly people on the beach, it wasn’t too crowded.

good condition overall. The beach chairs need to be replaced. One is completely broken, we labeled hoping they will put in the trash as it is unusable. Guest bathroom door needs to be screwed in the door frame as it won't shut. Otherwise, quiet, convenient, clean and just what we were looking for.

Nice unit. close to the beach and a bar. Very clean.we visited during cold weather. the highs were in the low 60's and lows in the 50's. the room temp was 63. we turned the thermostat up to 70 but it never got above 63. we assume there is no furnace in the building.

Great family friendly property and location

We loved this property and location! Quiet area. Walking distance to beach and Coco’s Crush Bar and Grill. The property was decorated nicely in beach decor. We loved the pool, grill, beach chairs/buggy, washer/dryer. Short drive to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete. We had a great time!

Florida Vacation

This home was a very good place for us just to get away for the week. It is in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful beach!

Great Location!

My family of 6 stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is centrally located between the ocean & the bay, just an easy short walk in each direction. There were tons of beach toys, beach chairs & a beach wagon that we used daily! I would definitely stay there again :)

We absolutely loved the condo, and we most certainly will be back! Great location with easy access to Publix, just over the bridge. Clean, super comfortable and well-appointed with pack n play and beach toys. Thank you for a perfect vacation ❤️

Great place for a family stay

We stayed here for a few days for Spring Break. The place is clean and quiet. It is walking distance from the beach m. They provide all the basic necessities to have a good day at the beach. There are several places close enough to walk or have a short drive. I would come back again in the future
