Amazing experience with this property, and OUTSTANDING customer service from Emperor Rentals, the management company. Thanks to Michelle, Hygeian, Mevon, and Norevel from Emperor. From the minute I made my first inquiry, to the minute we checked out, they were incredibly professional, helpful, prompt in responding, and all of them went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We travel in the area extensively and I have to say that this has been the BEST experience we've ever had with a rental company AND with a property. Having your questions/inquiries answered quickly and in extensive detail puts your mind at ease and lets you know that you won’t be left to your own devices should anything go wrong. The property itself was immaculate. The cleaning crew does an outstanding job making sure that the place is clean and fresh when you arrive. No nasty “surprises”. This has been, hands-down, the most thoroughly stocked property we have ever been to. We had everything available. Very quiet family neighborhood. We felt safe and like we were part of that community. Easy check-in/out process (all automated). Plenty of grocery/retail stores close by, but not right there, so there’s peace and quiet. Overall, this has been an amazing experience for us as a family. Beautiful property and such an enjoyable vacation thanks to the professional and truly dedicated customer service from Emperor Rentals. They have earned our trust. Thanks for everything!

Very good location

The property is tucked away in a great area nearby everything. The property is fully stocked with everything you need including a charging station for all your electronics devices. Like everyone else have said, the host is very responsive. When we ran into problems with the pool, they had a technician there in less than an hour and got it resolved in no time.

Great pool

We had 3 adults, 3 kids, and a dog - the humans loved the pool and the ping pong/pool table. This rental fit our needs perfectly. Property Management has it all covered - I would definitely rent with them again.

Best hosts ever

I've stayed in many home rentals, but the hosts of this property were perhaps the most accommodating hosts I've every experienced. The property was crystal clean, and they were willing to accommodate early check in and check out. Michelle consistently asked us how our stay was going. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving getaway

This home was very clean and large enough for our family of 6. It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. They offered plenty of towels and small touches such as toothbrushes/toothpaste and q-tips and hair dryers in the bathrooms. There are pool/beach toys, beach chairs and coolers available as well. Check in was simple and Mevon and Norevel made sure we were taken care of from the minute we arrived to the second we left. Any questions we had during our stay were answered in a timely fashion. This house is minutes from the beach but also has a nice clean pool to take advantage of if you don’t feel like a beach day. Large fenced backyard as well, which is nice if you bring your pet like we did. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mevon and Norevel for a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay!

My family and friends' family had an awesome time at this place. It was hard to take the kids out since they wanted to play in the pool 24/7. Wonderful Family Getaway

The house was fantastic. Great location near the beach. Super easy to get back and forth from Clearwater to St Pete’s. The pool was fantastic and clean. All TVs were smart TVs. Plenty of towels to use. Plenty of soap, toilet paper, detergent for the washing machine. They’ve thought of everything. Was perfect for our family of 4 (and a dog), but could have easily had more. The fenced in backyard was very nice for bringing our family dog. We can definitely see ourselves returning to this house!

Upgraded little beach house with a pool

Nice Little house close to the beach. I like the fact that they had all the little stuff to save us time. Soap, towels, toothpaste little coffee packages, laundry detergent, beach chairs…… I could go on. Very nice and we all enjoyed are selfs while there. I would stay there again. No issues with the staff they we really nice and go above what you asked for!!!!

Nice home, in quiet neighborhood, great location near beaches

We enjoyed our stay in this nice home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was easy and convenient to grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. There were 9 people in the house it was not too crowded, however it would of been nice to at least have a 3rd bathroom. Pool was nice and big and clean for the kids. They enjoyed it. Great and fast response time from the owners. I would recommend this home for your next vacation.

Perfect winter getaway!

This house was perfect for our winter getaway. The house is very well equipped. Basically unpacked and started living. The pool area was our favorite. We swam everyday in the heated pool. We loved all the towels, beach towels and beach equipment. The pool could use a float or two. It was a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted - beach, parks, tennis/pickleball courts. The pool/ping pong table was a plus! There were only 2 of us in the house most of the time with 2 adult friends visiting for a few days. We feel the house would be very crowded with more than that. We would definitely stay there again!

nice and clean~!

Walking in, we were really impressed by how clean and nice it looked. I love the remodel they did, and the furniture - beds - decor was really beautiful. The beds were very comfy - which was awesome. The pool was big for the 2 of us and we loved it. It is in a very nice neighborhood, so that was good too. Overall, we would recommend this for your vacay :)
