Just minutes away from the largest shopping district and a short drive from all the major attractions. Includes a garage parking space and has plenty of additional street parking. Great living and dining space, 55 inches smart TV, 1,000 mbps fiber internet, and a private deck off of master bedroom. Recently added dishwasher with new countertop, sink, & faucet.
