The room was dirty I had to clean it myself. Check in with late because the room wasn't ready we missed a reservations at the zoo because of it.

First non-smoking room was definitely smoked in. Property is a bit run down.

There was evidence that the door to my room had previously been kicked in- a very pronounced crack where the frame meets the wall. Other than that it’s a good place to lay your head at a really good price!

I liked the fact that they have smoking rooms. This place is hit or miss and the last couple times i stayed the rooms were horrible. This room had at least 3 burn holes in the blanket on the bed clear as day. Why would u put that on the bed?.. Then it was a smoking room and no ashtrays and the tv had at least 3 or 4 white spots in it to where you couldnt watch it..i only stay here because they have smoking rooms but they are just soo dirty and nasty its just unreal.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was excellent but when I got to my room it was filthy the dance wasn't wiped off floor wasn't that or swept or mopped someone use the restroom didn't flush the toilet only have one bath towel and one Face Tile two Queen beds in the room only one pillow out of 4 had pillow cases the blankets on both beds had stains and burnt holes. When I went back to the office to complain a supervisor by the name of Chris came in I was telling trying to tell him my complaint he brushed me off told me he was busy and the only thing they could do for me worse to refund my money or give me another room since I didn't have any more money with me I took another room. The room they gave me was a downsize and it also was dirty the floor not mop or swept beds with stains all on it. Since it was 11:30 at night me and my guess see if we get it and went to sleep we woke up around 9:30 that morning and stored having sex when a hotel employee walk in on us. I called the front desk and complain the person who answer the phone told me that they will take care of it when I checked out I went to the front desk at 1025 and the person that was checking me out said he could not process me a refund I had to talk to the owner name Ramesh who I was told they just left even though the receptionist said they were having computer problems that's why the person walked in the room I've called him Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday I have got no result yet.

Pros: some what clean
Cons: make sure people get the room they booked
Location: easy to find things
rude clerk and wasn't given the room we booked the room over wasn't bad very cool when entering the room but like I said want the room we booked
