Was lied to about room.was told jet tubbed worked..it didnt and was-super loud... water barely dribbled out of jets..he was very shotty sounding saying oh its an old tub so just letting you know.he knew that it needed replaced.didnt act like they even cared

Only conditioner in soap bottles in shower. Pool listed as amenity even though it's been closed since 2020. Would have stayed elsewhere if advertising was honest. Hotel still clean and nicer than some within a few miles.

No heat brand new unit in roim so went down told front desk. Gave me a different room got all our stuff out of one room into another just to discover that heat dont work either. I was just over and dine with it so i slept in room cause as a customer its not my job to keep telling thenlm their stuff isnt working properly. Not my responsibility then he wanted t when i said something. We checked in at 1130 and lo get loud and be a hardhead

Cy at the front desk checking in late was SO friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise with sausage, eggs, tater tots + the usuals. Very clean and renovated room. Great stay.
