The property does not match the listing photos. The grass was not mowed until the day before our departure, and the lush foliage and tree shown in the photos were nonexistent. The backyard also lacks privacy due to a low chain-link fence, and neighboring dogs bark constantly, making it hard to use the space. Inside, the couches had a noticeable odor and the bathroom walls needed cleaning. The dishwasher did not work and there was no dish rack. When reported, the host acknowledged it but did nothing. The outdoor trash bin was already full upon arrival, and there was no way to separate recycling inside.The most concerning issue was cleanliness. During checkout, we found a drawer containing used personal items, which is unacceptable—especially given that both a cleaning fee and a resort fee are charged.I was also asked to submit a photo ID, a selfie with it, and additional credit card information through a third-party app (Guesty), which felt excessive and was not clearly disclosed beforehand.Overall, not as advertised, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. Would not stay again.
