This house was perfect for our group, and we would definitely go back! It was in a perfect location to easily walk downtown, and it had plenty of towels, washcloths, pool towels, toiletries, and cooking utensils! The backyard and pool were also a plus! We had an awesome weekend!

Beautiful home and property in a great location. We had a great time hanging out in the pool and walking through the beautiful neighborhood to get to town for dinners and nightlife. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. My only call out is the steps going upstairs are a little steep so hold onto the railing when going up and down! Overall fantastic trip, highly recommend!

The host was spot on from booking to arrival and departure. Asked and answered quickly. Home was quaint and comfortable. The family took advantage of pool and hot tub. We loved that space. Convenient to town and if you know St Augustine? Adequate parking. Overall great stay.

We had a fantastic vacation at this property! The house was clean and very spacious. It was an easy walk to most of the historic sites and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, which is really important to me when traveling with kids. The pool is well maintained and my kids loved it. The hostess responded to any questions promptly. It’s a lovely property and I definitely recommend.

Beautiful Historic Home

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids (ages 10-16) and have zero complaints. This home was very beautiful and clean. It was situated across from the lake and walking distance from the tourist attractions in the main part of town. Plenty of dishes and supplies were provided, too. The host also responded quickly to all messages. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

House is exactly as stated. Had a great stay! Enjoyed the pool and back porch everyday. Enough beds and bathrooms for 7 women. We drove every where,but that was our choice. Close enough to walk to restaurants. The only down thing is it looks like the pool liner is coming undone. I would definitely recommend this house.

Charming Historic House

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have chosen a better house and location for our needs. Beautiful home, pool and quiet neighborhood. House was historic and full of charm. Location offered ease of access to downtown, and a quick drive to the beach.

Our stay was for our granddaughters graduation. The home was perfect and enjoyed by everyone. The yard and pool were well maintained. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable

Pool and provisions were great. Be aware, however, that the house is dated circa 1910 and has been updated. Worse part was the lack of communication. For example, I had a tough time getting info about check-in. I was told by the host, "communication must be done through your cоnfirmed reservation." VRBO needs to find a way to communicate much more efficiently.

Family time

Overall we had a wonderful time at The Charlotte house. It is an older house that could use some updating. The home was charming. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. This was one reason why we wanted to stay. One of my older sisters has knee issues and was hoping for a hot soak. The pool was qonderful but is in desperate need of a new liner.

Dad's 70th Birthday

Nice vintage house with modern updates. Experience was seamless, many restaurants nearby for dinners, we cooked breakfast every morning and were close to activities for the kids. Kids loved the pool as well!

Property was just as described. Love the outdoor space, neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe. Home had all we needed, was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Bit disappointed the hot tub was not working.

Fabulous house in Lincolnwood, St. Augustine

We had the most wonderful stay at a perfectly beautiful house in Saint Augustine the past four days. The house is charming, the yard and pool area are really cute and the view from sitting on the back porch looking out onto a nearby inlet is really great. The neighborhood was quiet And our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful house with lots of room!

We loved our stay over Christmas at Charlotte House! The beds were crazy comfortable, the hot tub was dreamy! Pool was too cold for anything other than cold plunge, but during warmer weather it would be just wonderful. The location is good! House was very clean and we found the kitchen well stocked; only requests would have been some cleaning supplies and dishtowels! Lauren was VERY quick to respond to any communications!This was a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our family. Beautiful and clean. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dish-ware and pots and pans. The pool was beautiful to look at -it was too cold outside to go in but the hot tub was great! Being next to the lake was so fun. walked and drank my morning coffee on the bench in the morning. Easy to walk to places. The only comment for improvement would be to move the motion sensor/night light in the one upstairs king bedroom -any time you would roll over in bed the light would go on. It's too close to bed.

Family Time

The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The walk to down town was beautiful. The neighborhood surrounding the home is quiet and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the manager was excellent. We would definitely stay at this home again.
