The apartment was just as pictured. Location was perfect, right on the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants & shops. The arts & crafts show was right next door. The kitchen was well stocked and organized.

Pier Point 57 is a perfect location!!! Walkable to restaurants, shops and the pier! The balcony overlooking the beach is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and a nightcap in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of four. Beds are super comfortable and everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this location for couples, families and friend groups!

All around excellent! The location of this condo on the beach can’t be beat. We enjoyed waking to the sounds and breeze of the ocean and having the beach only a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to excellent restaurants, ice cream and donut shops, and bicycle rental (the beach cruisers we rented were perfect for riding along the beach at low tide). Communication was excellent before and during our stay and response was timely. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful time here. Our only regret was not booking this location for longer. Perfect distance to the beach and restaurants. Maintained well and a very responsive host.

Good family spot to relax

Great location and quick responses for any needs or concerns. Wonderful views from the balcony and couldn't beat the distance from the beach. Would definitely go back.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo in St. Augustine. The view was beautiful, and the location was super convenient — close to restaurants but still quiet and private. The facilities were well kept, parking was easy, and the condo itself was super comfortable and spacious, especially the large couch with plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the extra toiletries, which were a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and we’d absolutely come back.

We were very happy with everything about the condo. Super convenient location to restaurants and a perfect view of the beach. The pool was also nice and larger than I thought it would be.

Our stay was exceptional! We truly enjoyed our time here; the condo, the property and the location could not have been better! The host was outstanding. 100% recommend. We hope to return next year. We said this Pier Point 57 would be our home away from home. It was that comfortable and relaxing.

This location absolutely can’t be beat! The ocean is right outside your patio! Plenty of restaurants and coffee places just a short walk away. Nice pool area too. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Family Trip to St. Augustine!

We stayed at Pier Point 57 right in the beach. Great beach and pool. The condo had beach towels, boogie board, chairs etc. Two floor condo with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. There are grills if you choose to use them. We loved going to the beach first and then the pool. The historic area was so nice with lots of restaurants. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Highly recommend! Will definitely be back! Fantastic location, great communication, condo just as described and shown in pictures, clean and well stocked! The complimentary coffee was delicious (I went to Kookaburra to buy some!) Great view of sunrise and close walk to beach! We walked to dinner (and ice cream)! Thank you for a great stay! ❤️
