I was not able to check in at 4 because my room wasn’t ready until 5:30, making me late to the event I was in town for. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door that has issues with the track it rolls on. We were unable to close the door!

The stay was not what I expected from the Hilton. We stayed three nights and felt the beds were firm and the pillows were terrible. Came in from an outing, one bed was completely made, the other untouched. The next day, came in with the beds made but the pillows from one bed were on the other, they must have gotten interrupted before finishing. The fact that you have to pay to park in the property is a little ridiculous as well. The hotel itself was clean and the staff we encountered were very friendly but probably would not stay there again.

Clean rooms. Looks like a fairly new Hotel. One draw back is the $25 per day parking fee. What’s not expecting that. Seems just unreasonable just for parking and it’s not valet. The parking fee would most likely keep me from booking at the Hotel again.

Hilton Garden St Augustine looks amazing from outside but there are many flaws inside that keep you away from a true vacation experience! 1. Weak / bad coffee in the lobby 2. Rooms not cleaned till like 6 pm 3. No Netflix, Prime or even a smart tv! 4. Room service for food delayed over 1 hr 5. Deluxe rooms are next to the elevator and evrytime someone uses the elevator you can hear them loud and clear! So much for a “deluxe” room 6. Front desk not interested in improving anything Overall a poor experience unlike other Hiltons we have stayed at.

Our family reserved two rooms. One did not have the TV working and the other has drain issues in bathroom sink. Traveling with a small child helps if the TV is working. An uber was much cheaper than the recommended $5pp shuttle ride and they did not answer our calls pass 10pm. Best to uber it. Breakfast was not free and charged $10pp.

Room was clean and tidy but within seconds all you heard was a yappy dog barking next door. Owners had gone out for the night and left dog We approached front desk all they can do is call owners who may or may not come back before 12 We drove over 9 hours today from airport and all we need is sleep and it’s like a dog hotel In bar area dogs, outside dogs barking We have dogs but never inconvenience others with them All other hotels sold out tonight and no other rooms People on floor above also moaning about dogs
