Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, this home sleeps up to twelve guests in five bedrooms. On the second floor, the primary suite features a king bed, private porch, and en-suite bathroom. The Flamingo Room includes a queen bed and smart TV, while another bedroom offers a twin daybed with trundle. Downstairs, families will love the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, each with trundles, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom serves the ground floor, and a convenient powder room is located off the main living area.

Outdoor living
Step onto the top-floor wraparound porch to take in sweeping ocean views and gentle breezes, or unwind on the covered patio after rinsing off in the outdoor shower. Beach access is just one block away, making it easy to spend days by the shore. The home includes beach essentials and even an elevator to make moving between levels effortless.

Kitchen & dining
The main living area’s open layout invites you to relax and reconnect. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, then gather at the dining table to share them together.

Game room & amenities
The garage doubles as a game room, complete with ping pong and foosball tables for friendly competition. You’ll also find Wi-Fi throughout the home, a washer and dryer, HDTV, air conditioning, and heating for comfort year-round.

Neighborhood & access
Located just minutes from local restaurants and shops, and a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, this home combines the tranquility of Crescent Beach with easy access to the area’s charm.

Additional details
Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. The property includes free driveway parking for two vehicles, a private entrance, and self check-in with a keypad for a seamless arrival. Exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are installed for peace of mind, ensuring a relaxed and responsible stay by the sea.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
